Serving Families Across Iowa

Groups & Workshops

Our Approach

Recovery doesn't happen in isolation, and support shouldn't either. Our groups and workshops give clients, families, and caregivers space to learn, process, and connect with others who understand what you're going through, led by Edison's licensed clinicians.

Every group meets virtually, so you can join from anywhere in Iowa.

A minimalist interior scene with two people sitting at a white table, one working on a laptop, the other taking notes. There are two glasses of water, a white vase with two white calla lilies, a wooden table lamp, and a decorative vase in the background.

Healing Happens Through Support.

Whether you're supporting a loved one through recovery or working on your own relationship with food, groups offer something individual therapy can't: connection with people who get it. Every group is led by an Edison clinician and grounded in the same evidence-based, compassionate approach as our individual services.

You Don't Have to Do It Alone.

Who This Is For

Whether you're a parent trying to understand how to support your child, or you're working on healing your own relationship with food, there's a group for you. Most of our groups are free or low-cost, entirely virtual, and open to families and individuals across Iowa — you don't need to already be an Edison client to join.

We create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can learn, share, and connect at your own pace.
